Individual Therapy

Adults & Adolescents 

In individual therapy I will help you to identify your treatment goals, and develop a treatment plan that will support positive changes in your life. I can help you to identify what is getting in the way and teach specific skills to help improve your relationships and sense of self.

My therapy is DBT and trauma informed.

I also offer phone coaching, which is included in individual treatment. 


Group Therapy


I offer a weekly group teaching DBT skills to those who would like to continue and deepen their understanding of DBT. The group has a maximum of10 people and is currently meeting online. You will not need to purchase any additional materials to participate in this group.


There may be a short wait list for this group.
